Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
Required: Bachelors Degree in art music or therapeutic recreation occupational therapy or Health/Human Development specialty with course work in therapeutic Recreation.
Preferred: One-year work experience in related area

Position Summary:
Provides direct day-to-day care of patients and families under the direction of the RN/Nurse Manager. Responsible for coordinating a comprehensive program of group and individual activity modalities for assigned patients as scheduled. Assesses patient needs and interest based on age and development of adult and geriatric patients. Works collaboratively with the treatment team to create a therapeutic treatment environment.
