Pay Rate
Training Pay:$15.50/hour
Post-Training Pay: Up to $24.00/hour based on individual production
Work Schedule
1st Shift: 5:00 AM 1:30 PM (Monday Friday)
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM (Monday Friday)
Key Responsibilities
Inspect pallets for damage wear and structural issues
Use tools like nail guns and power saws to repair pallets
Replace boards reinforce weak areas and remove/replace nails
Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Role Overview & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Supervisor the Builder Trainee is a 30-day training and development position designed to prepare team members for the full-time Builder role.
Teamwork and cooperation are required for proper job performance
Reporting relationships work assignments and work schedules are subject to change to meet company needs and business requirements
Attendance at work is an essential function of this job
What Youll Need
Must be able to lift 75100 lb wooden pallets repeatedly (up to 250300 times per day)
Experience or willingness to use tools such as: power hand saw nail gun and other hand tools
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with dust noise and varying temperatures
Ability to stand bend and lift for extended periods
