Now accepting applications for all line level positions on the opening team at Aurum Maui our fourth Aurum restaurant and first Hawaii location opening Late Spring 2025 in The Shops at Wailea. Led by Maui locals Chef-partner Taylor Ponte and General Manager-partner Natasha Ponte Aurum aims to set the gold standard for hospitality in Maui. As a full-service restaurant we will offer lunch happy hour and dinner daily.
