Job Description
- Certificate of completion with demonstrated Autodesk Revit /CAD capability.
- Familiarity with Building Information modeling (BIM) techniques.
- Experience with Revit software BIM and design as well as Solid Works and other engineering analysis software.ANSI-Y-14.5 drawing terms and tolerances.
- Knowledge of drawing and plan production. Model management.
- Working knowledge of building modeling and detailing.
- Experience in developing and maintaining a record-keeping system; proof-reading record to verify accuracy.
- Produce and update detailed drawings and 3D models using Revit Architecture software of buildings structures andassociated mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
- Develop and update detailed machine / office layout to optimize available space while streamlining production flow. Manage the BIM models ensuring they are up-to-date accurate and consistent with project requirements.
- Collaborate with management engineers and other stakeholders to incorporate design changes and ensure the modelsreflect the design intent.
- Will at times work with project manager
- Train others in processes and procedures as required.
- Maintain the confidentiality of Knight Enterprises Management LLC designs data procedures and processes.
- Produce drawings at scale to assist in building layout and functionality.
