What you bring to SBHG:
High School diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED HiSET etc.) required
(1) year experience with seriously emotionally disturbed adults preferred.
(1) year experience working in Compliance and/or Quality Assurance preferred.
Valid California Drivers License required & eligibility to meet agencys driving eligibility requirements.
How you will make a difference:
- Welcomes all guests and screen all non-staff who enter the facility and guide guests to the appropriate location within the facility.
- Collects and inventories all newly arriving client property.
- Conduct safety drills as scheduled and additional as necessary.
- Facilitates monthly Safety Committee meetings.
- Remains diligent to monitor all the events within the area including all video surveillance cameras.
- Provides for general safety and security of the staff in the facility.
- Completes security check of the facility at least once every two hours.
- Enforces safety and company policies relating to health safety and security.
- Maintains/monitors daily weekly monthly facility logs.
- Monitors facility for maintenance needs and submit maintenance requests as needed.
Division/Program Overview:
- 24/7 inpatient voluntary program
- 16-bed facility for adults (ages 18-59)
- Rehabilitation/recovery services including substance use rehabilitation services
- Pre-vocational or vocational counseling
- Medication evaluation and support services
