Position:Sales Appointment Coordinator
Location:Nimnicht Chevrolet 1550 Cassat Ave Jacksonville FL 32210
Compensation:$14 per hour Bonuses
Full-Time
Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as a Sales Appointment Coordinator at Nimnicht Chevrolet. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers scheduling appointments and ensuring a smooth sales process. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and schedule sales appointments.
  • Confirm appointments and follow up with customers to ensure attendance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to both clients and the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all appointments and customer interactions.
  • Assist with coordinating and rescheduling appointments as needed.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions for customer meetings.
  • Contribute to meeting sales targets through appointment management and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or scheduling role is preferred.
  • Automotive Sales or BDC experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Teams Outlook and various CRMs
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using basic office software and appointment scheduling systems.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
