Who YOU Are
Youre an experienced and results-driven Operations & Maintenance Manager with a proven track record in managing the daily operations maintenance and repair of complex systems and facilities. With a deep understanding of mechanical electrical and operational systems you excel at leading teams to ensure optimal performance safety and compliance. Your strong leadership problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects make you a key driver of operational efficiency and success.

Known for your ability to implement effective maintenance schedules troubleshoot system issues and ensure regulatory compliance you play a vital role in maintaining operational continuity and excellence. What You WILL DO
In the role of Operations & Maintenance Manager your duties will include:
- Directs work groups and/or units engaged in activities associated with the planning construction maintenance operation repair renovation alteration and demolition of buildings structures equipment machinery and other facilities.
- Obtains evaluates and negotiate bids from outside engineering architectural and construction firms.
- Establishes schedules and budgetary controls allocates expenditures and oversees the coordination of major construction activities requiring integration with engineering architectural contracts and government agencies.
- Ensures compliance with contract specifications insurance requirements and local building codes.
- Reviews and approves architectural /engineering drawings.
- Participates in the department strategic planning process and ensures appropriate skills are available when needed.
- Develops and maintains relationships with other engineering organizations to keep abreast of developments in allied fields.
- Interprets executes and recommends modifications to organizational policies and corporate initiatives.
- Establishes and maintains quality systems and instills values and ethics.
- Manages the O&M Technicians onsite
This is a contingent position based upon contract award and will be located OCONUS
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess a SECRET clearance with the ability to upgrade to a TS/SCI w/ Poly
- Five (5) years of work experience in a leadership role supporting global life support services or similar laborers.
- High School Vocational or Trade school Diploma
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Experience executing Preventative Maintenance (PM) plans
- Experience in prioritized schedules for OM&R and PM programs
- Experience in measuring work performance against established goals and standards.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word MS Excel etc.)
