Secretary - Buildings & Grounds
Full-Time / 260 day / Monday through Friday / 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
General Description: Provides administrative support to the Director of Buildings and Grounds and the other Department administrators; including typing letters memos reports scheduling appointments general office organization and telephone and radio usage.
Experience: General office skills and receptionist experience; comfortable in dealing with the public and staff outside the Buildings and Grounds office on a regular basis. Computer knowledge and experience with word processing database presentation and spreadsheet software. Able to operate business machines and operate 2-way radio system for dispatching service calls and communication with staff.
