Job Description
The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne are recruiting for a
Lounge Waiter/Waitress
to join our busy Lounge team
When you join us
- You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running ofthe busy Lounge area in our luxury five star hotel
- You will be making and serving speciality coffees and afternoon tea
- You will be providing guests with a memorable experience through exceptional standards of service and your own winning personality
- The role does require you to assist in other areas such as Room Service and Cocktail Bar
What we need from you
- Polite and personable with good customer service skills
- Well presented and impeccably groomed
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good command of the English language both written and verbal
- Previous waiting experience is desirable including preparing speciality hot drinks however not essential as full training will be given.
- A positive personality and service with a smile
