The Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients in accordance with healthcare provider orders and established policies and procedures. This role involves collecting and analyzing patient data developing and implementing care plans and offering physical and mental support to patients. The Licensed Practical Nurse acts as a liaison between patients families and healthcare providers ensuring clear communication and compassionate care delivery. The role also includes emergency interventions maintaining clinic standards and contributing to policy and procedure development under the supervision of healthcare providers.

1. Assists in providing supportive and restorative health care.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Minimum Experience: 4 years related experience
Certification: Must be licensed by the Mississippi Board of Nursing as a licensed practical nurse or eligible for licensure in the state of Mississippi.
Substitution Statement: An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered for this role. Substitutions of the required experience or education will be assessed on a 1:1 substitution basis.
