Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement SAP Central Finance solutions tailored to the organization s needs.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand financial requirements.
- Define the scope of central finance project implementations and oversee .
- Develop and document detailed technical specifications for system configuration.
- Conduct data mapping and alignment from legacy systems to the Central Finance framework.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Perform data validations and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy.
- Provide support for the integration of financial data from multiple sources.
- Manage end-to-end testing phases ensuring system functionality and performance.
- Offer training to finance teams on new processes and system functionalities.
- Work on system enhancements and upgrades within the Central Finance environment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams for deployment and maintenance activities.
- Stay updated on SAP Central Finance developments and best practices.
- Participate in project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP implementations specifically in Central Finance.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules including FI CO and integration points.
- Experience with financial consolidation processes and reporting.
- Proficiency in data migration strategies and tools.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Experience in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with financial transformation initiatives is an advantage.
- Certifications in SAP and finance-related areas are preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud-based financial solutions is a plus.
