Marsh is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to join our Marsh Corporate Team in Stockholm Sweden.

The role: Insurance Sales Professional

We will count on you to:

  • Conduct cold calls to generate sales meetings utilizing a strong understanding of internal offerings and product solutions.
  • Be responsible for the processes and assisting the team with Request for Proposal (RFPs) business development and new business sales across all lines of business.
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations RFP:s and other sales related materials.
  • Create moderately complex sales proposals to meet both business and client needs.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence research to identify prospect accounts and sales expansion opportunities while maintaining strong account relationships.

What you need to have:

  • Proven sales experience with a strong ability to close deals and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools for dashboards management information and reporting.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

What makes you stand out:

  • A background in insurance is preferred but not essential.
  • A degree in business economics or a similar discipline is preferred but not essential.
