Role Description:
We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and dynamic Technical Director Highways Design and Drainage for our growing UK team in Global Excellence Centres (GECs) across Romania the Philippines and India. This leader will collaborate with UK counterparts to provide technical delivery support on highways and infrastructure projects. As a senior figure in the business you will play a major role in delivering projects while ensuring excellence in quality and efficiency.
You will lead technical delivery on medium to large-scale projects adhering to GEC Quality Management Systems and meeting time quality budgetary and health & safety targets across multiple disciplines. Recognized as a subject matter expert you will actively influence quality deliveries in the GEC.
