Job Title: Senior Associate Family Law

We are hiring for our client a highly regarded legal firm who are seeking a Senior Associate Family Law to join their growing team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a dynamic well-respected practice known for its supportive environment strong client base and commitment to career development.
This Senior Associate Family Law role offers long-term potential and is open to candidates based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. Our client is known for their exceptional culture and market-leading service in family law matters across the region.

The Role
Advise and manage a diverse range of Family Law matters including financial provision divorce cohabitation and child law
Represent clients in both Sheriff Court and Court of Session matters
Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members where appropriate
Build strong client relationships and contribute to the strategic growth of the department
Work closely with senior leadership on high-value and complex cases
The Person
Qualified solicitor in Scotland with strong experience in Family Law
Ideally 68 years PQE but applications from those with more or slightly less will be considered
Strong court experience and excellent client-handling skills
Confident compassionate and solutions-focused
A team player with an interest in mentoring and growing within a leading practice
