The Role
Advise and manage a diverse range of Family Law matters including financial provision divorce cohabitation and child law
Represent clients in both Sheriff Court and Court of Session matters
Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members where appropriate
Build strong client relationships and contribute to the strategic growth of the department
Work closely with senior leadership on high-value and complex cases
The Person
Qualified solicitor in Scotland with strong experience in Family Law
Ideally 68 years PQE but applications from those with more or slightly less will be considered
Strong court experience and excellent client-handling skills
Confident compassionate and solutions-focused
A team player with an interest in mentoring and growing within a leading practice
