  • Salary: 25584 - 27269 pro rata
  • Hours: Full Time. 37 hours per week 39 weeks per year Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm 3.30 pm on Friday.
  • Contract: Permanent. Required from September 2025

Details

You will support the Raising Standards Leads in providing pastoral care and behaviour support to the students. As well as supporting the systems that will enable the school to improve on the base figures on attendance and truancy as set by the government.

The exact role will reflect the your skills and experience.

If you are passionate about supporting students have strong communication skills and thrive on working in a busy but pleasant environment this is a great opportunity for you.

You will need:

  • Experience of working with children in a professional setting.
  • The ability to write detailed reports letters and complete complex returns.
  • Ability to establish respectful and trusting relationships with children their families carers and other adults.
  • Good organisational skills to manage your time effectively.
