UWA Technology serves as a strategic enabler of teaching learning research and administrative excellence. By ensuring the reliability security and accessibility of education technology research systems and professional services platforms IT enhances the overall experience for students faculty researchers and staff. About the opportunity
- Ensure a high-quality IT experience for all university stakeholders including students faculty researchers and professional services staff.
- Oversee education technology research technology and professional services systems to drive IT service excellence user engagement and strategic alignment with institutional goals.
- Bridge the gap between technology capabilities and user needs ensuring that the Universitys digital ecosystem supports and enhances the institutions core missions.
About you
- Extensive experience in digital product delivery product ownership customer experience or digital transformation roles.
- Experience with agile development approaches and iterative improvement processes.
- Deep understanding of customer experience and digital product delivery principles methodologies and best practices and familiarity with customer journey mapping and service blueprinting.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills and demonstrated experience working with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Note: A current National Police Clearance Certificate will be required by the successful applicant.
