Inventory Control Coordinator
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our Pilgrims Transportation team here in Greeley CO! This person will act as the liaison between our internal production facilities and external distributors ensure accuracy of documentation and work cross functionally with various supply chain and sales teams within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Processes all shipping and receiving transactions between our production plants and our external distribution network
- Maintains real time inventory accuracy and traceability between SAP and third party WMS systems
- Partners closely with other internal departments and external companies to ensure the timely and precise movement of our stock transfers and sales orders
- Invoices external warehouses for damage claims and cycle count adjustments
- Complete monthly inventory reconciliation reports
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of inventory control or distribution planning experience
- Experience with MS Office Suite - Especially Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- SAP knowledge and experiencepreferred
- Positive communication skills and optimistic attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and ensure accuracy in daily tasks
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- As a salaried position with the company you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities to attend Company events or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision Medical and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave vacation and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary range of $21-23/hr
