A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Concierge to join our Association. The Concierge will be based in our offices in Chesterfield.

• Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households.

Purpose of the role

• To provide a point of contact overnight and an onsite presence out of hours in our supported accommodation services ensuring the safety and security of the building and our tenants residents and service users (TRS).

• To be responsible for safeguarding young people out of hours by completing wellbeing checks reporting concerns to relevant agencies and recording information on systems and in staff communication books.

• To maintain health and safety of the service property during out of hours by reporting any concerns around building safety and repairs in accordance with policy and procedure.

• You will be expected to ensure your relationships with colleagues and external agencies are effective and professional and contribute to the Associations values culture and ethos.
