Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Mental Health
Location: Sheffield(Hybrid)
Pay Rate: 30 per hour

What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will conduct social care assessments and arrange timely care packages for hospital inpatients prior to discharge. You will also complete Mental Capacity Act (MCA) assessments make best interest decisions manage safeguarding responsibilities and demonstrate knowledge of Section 117 of the Mental Health Act 1983 (MHA) participating in related meetings and discussions. Additionally you will contribute to the duty rota and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient discharge.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
