What ViaQuest can offer you: Responsibilities may include: Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities our goal is to foster increased independence choice and empowerment while assuring that their health and safety needs are always met. Supervising teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of his/her life. Integrating the individual into your everyday life Providing personal care assistance. Participating in community outings and appointments through transporting and assisting the individual served.
Requirements to be a Shared Living Provider include: - At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation
- Valid drivers license and car insurance.
- Fewer than 6 points in the last two years on your motor vehicle record.
- Spare bedroom and willingness to share your home.
