Job Title: Business Services Professional (Open Rank Entry Intermediate)

Position #: Requisition 37097

Job Summary:

The Business Services Entry Professional for the Division of Reproductive Sciences in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine is responsible for providing administrative support for the faculty staff research services professionals and postdoctoral fellows/trainees in the Division. The Business Services Entry Professional will be responsible for day-to-day activities within the Division ensuring support of the Divisions Departments and Schools mission and goals.

This position will be required to build and maintain professional relationships with faculty fellows and staff while subscribing to the philosophy of a team approach. The candidate for this role possesses project management skills effective analytical and problem-solving skills works well under pressure and can handle complex and concurrent tasks.

Supervision Received: Reports directly to the Division Administrator

Supervision Exercised: N/A

Work Location: Onsite his role is expected to work onsite Monday through Friday and is located in Aurora CO.

Entry Level:

Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelors degree on a year for year basis.

Intermediate Level:

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE:

Entry Level - $51437-$65427

Intermediate Level - $55975-$71200

The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation depending on the level.
