About The Job:


We are seeking a compassionate motivated and clinically skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our In-Home Based Therapeutic Care (IHBTC) program. This role provides intensive family-focused mental health services to children and adolescents experiencing serious emotional disturbances within the home and community settings.


What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference:

  • Provide strength-based trauma-informed therapeutic services to youth and their families
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver individual and family therapy crisis intervention and case management
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including family partners school staff DCF and other service providers
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and state standards
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings
  • Driving is required

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Social Work Mental Health Counseling Psychology or related field
  • Licensure preferred (LICSW LMHC LMFT) or license-eligible with supervision toward licensure available
  • Experience working with children adolescents and families in home or community-based settings
  • Strong communication organizational and engagement skills
  • Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
