Job Description
About The Job:
We are seeking a compassionate motivated and clinically skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our In-Home Based Therapeutic Care (IHBTC) program. This role provides intensive family-focused mental health services to children and adolescents experiencing serious emotional disturbances within the home and community settings.
What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference:
- Provide strength-based trauma-informed therapeutic services to youth and their families
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver individual and family therapy crisis intervention and case management
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including family partners school staff DCF and other service providers
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and state standards
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings
- Driving is required

- Masters degree in Social Work Mental Health Counseling Psychology or related field
- Licensure preferred (LICSW LMHC LMFT) or license-eligible with supervision toward licensure available
- Experience working with children adolescents and families in home or community-based settings
- Strong communication organizational and engagement skills
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
