Bringing Home the Dough
The operations generalist is tasked with learning and exhibiting job specific tasks generally-accepted supervisory skills company-established policies procedures and interpersonal skills. Requires constant interaction with work group and other departments at the primary work location.
Starting pay $58k
Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities
- Satisfactorily completes development plan designed by department head or hiring manager.
- Develops an understanding of the Companys business policies procedures Practices and management philosophy.
- Establishes positive working relationship with all co-workers and supervisory personnel in assigned work areas.
- Practices complies and ensures compliance with all Company policies and procedures (EEO Harassment Safety Sarbanes Oxley etc.).
- Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules adherence to attendance policies and other applicable operating rules policies and procedures.
Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a production/manufacturing environment.

- High School diploma or equivalence.
