Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Pilot will fly Cessna Citation 700 (Longitude) & 680A (Latitude) aircraft for the owner/founder of the company and guests. The Pilot is responsible for transporting passengers and cargo determining safest routes analyzing flight plans and weather conditions calculating fuel and inspecting operational and navigational systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs pre- and post-flight inspections of fuel equipment and navigational systems.
- Operates the aircraft safely and maintains professional demeanor at all times.
- Monitors weather conditions and communicates with air traffic control during flights.
- Determines the safest routes and analyzes flight plans prior to takeoff.
- Stays up to date with aircraft advancements and equipment.
- Anticipates issues and maintains calm in the event of an emergency.
- OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certificate(s) or License(s): FAA ATP pilot certificate and Class 1 medical certificate is required.
- Years of experience: Minimum flight experience required is 4000 total and 2000 turbo-jet hours. CE-700 & CE-680A type rating with 250 PIC hours in each is preferred.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires frequent overnight and weekend travel.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Regularly sits and lifts up to 50lbs.
- Occasionally walks and stands.
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
- Develops objectives and general policies and procedures for a specific program or functional area of responsibility within general scope of established operational goals and plans. Day-to-day work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor. End results are reviewed by supervisor.
