Job Description
The Mindess School is seeking a grade 4 Long Term Sub for the first 12 weeks of the 2025-2026 academic year.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- fostering an inclusive and joyful learning environment
- lesson planning and implementation in accordance with the MA Curriculum Frameworks
- administering and analyzing assessments data collection to inform instruction
- communicating responsibly with students parents colleagues and school leadership
- maintaining classroom and school-wide expectations and routines
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required; degree in education preferred
- Prior teaching in upper elementary grades preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with students and foster a positive inclusive learning environment
- Flexibility reliability and a collaborative mindset
