Are you ready to be a cornerstone of logistic excellence at Mondelz As our Senior Manufacturing Operations Director youll oversee crucial logistical flows and ensure complete compliance with health safety quality legal and environmental standards steering all warehouse transport and co-packing activities. Your leadership will guide logistics strategies that prioritize service efficiency and cost effectiveness while spearheading collaboration with our partners.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse transportation and co-packing logistics.
- Execute business plans that adapt to dynamic market needs and manage operational capacity requirements.
- Achieve logistics budget targets with robust governance and excellent controls.
- Drive innovate and lead programs that enhance efficiency and reduce environmental footprints.
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers.
- Ensure compliance and business continuity within logistics operations.
What You Bring:
- Extensive experience in FMCG/CPG logistics operations and team leadership.
- Exceptional strategic and collaborative skills with the ability to build high-level partnerships.
- Expertise in project management and strategic implementation.
- Strong negotiating capability and motivational communication skills.
About the Role:
- Manage material management programs and ensure seamless operations within the Cluster.
- Drive strategic material processes and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Champion continuous improvement across all bakeries and company programs.
- Lead IL6S programs and budget controls for flawless project execution.
- Establish performance standards and training plans to ensure team excellence.
The base salary range for this position is $137300 - $188825 dependent on experience skills and education. Additional benefits include a competitive bonus program based on company and individual performance.
