Job Description

Part- Time Maintenance Technician

Cohen-Esrey Communities LLC. is currently seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician (24 hours a week) forour property at Idlewild EstatesinPoplar Bluff MO. Come join our team and experience our AMAZING culture!

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.

Qualifications

Maintenance Experience
Ability to bend stoop lift carry push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
Valid Drivers License
Basic tools required to include personal smart phone technology.

Preferred Qualifications

HVAC Certified
Proven 2 years of HVAC experience

Compensation*$15-17 per hour
*Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
