Position Overview
The Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing leads the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns that engage customers across the full journeyfrom acquisition to retention and re-engagement. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver personalized data-driven communications and is accountable for key performance metrics including conversion engagement churn and customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate brings a mix of strategic vision operational excellence and hands-on experience with automation complex journey building and team leadership in fast-paced customer-focused environments.
Responsibilities
Manage the strategy and execution of Lifecycle communications to our potential current and lost customers driving customer retention up.
Lead and develop a team of lifecycle marketers providing guidance feedback and professional development.
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure lifecycle marketing aligns with business priorities and brand strategy.
Work with other teams to manage online reputation including trend monitoring review response and escalation of emerging brand threats.
Oversee the planning and implementation of omnichannel CRM campaigns including but not limited to onboarding win-back loyalty and re-engagement programs.
Use data and MarTech stack to create personalized customer experiences that drive action and retention.
Improve retention year over year using data to inform strategic changes and decisions.
Develop continuous testing plans to improve conversion and retention including creative and strategic testing plans.
Collaborate with CRM Operations team to identify points of drop-off and improve customer response rate and conversion.
Monitor deliverability performance and health of the customer file.
Stay current on best practices technologies and industry trends in lifecycle marketing and CRM.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelors Degree in a marketing communications or business field
7 years of experience in marketing / Public Relations or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Proven success in building and executing complex omnichannel lifecycle campaigns at scale.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation behavior-based targeting and personalization tactics.
Hands-on experience with major CRM and ESP platforms (e.g. Dynamics Movable Ink etc.)
Exceptional project management and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data and using it to drive strategy.
Experience in a high-growth direct-to-consumer or subscription-based business is a plus.
