Lead Software Engineer / Dot Net Full Stack Developer

Job Description

Skills and Competencies:

• Commercial .NET development experience in a complex application environment with multiple parallel development streams.
• MS SQL Server experience including complex queries stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of .NET frameworks preferably as a full-stack developer.
• Ability to debug complex production code and provide effective workarounds for urgent fixes.
• A pragmatic approach to software development balancing speed and quality.
• Expertise in designated areas of technical specialization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Prior knowledge and skills:

• Strong experience with TFS and Visual Studio products.
• Have extensive coding testing and documentation experience.
• Experience in creating complex functions scripts stored procedures and triggers to support application development.
• Experience in analyzing existing SQL queries for performance improvements.
• Knowledge offinancial& investment products including Superannuation Unit Trust and Pension products is desirable.
• Experience working in a geographically distributed team environment.
