We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time opportunity in Laguna Niguel. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct follow-up visits for home health patients to assess eligibility for continued services.
- Provide maintenance therapy and assist patients in reaching their rehabilitation objectives.
- Regular travel to patient residences is required necessitating a valid drivers license.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in California
- Home health experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
