Job Description
60% FTE evening/night shift. This position has rotating weekends and holidays. We offer a competitive starting pay relevant work experience will be considered this position also includes a shift/weekend differential. You will work at the University Hospital located in Madison WI.
Pay:
- Additional components of compensation may include:
- Shift Differentials: $4/hour evening $5/hour night and 4.25/hour weekend as applicable for hours worked.

We are seeking aRegistered Nurse (RN)House Supervisorto:
- Use your knowledge of policies procedures and practices of the state university hospital and Department of Nursing as they relate to the operations of the hospital and clinics.
- Bring your knowledge of staffing models and oversee staffing.
- Prioritize workload /assignments.
- Utilize your strong professional communication and collaboration skills to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts.

- Associates Degree in nursing Required
- Bachelors Degree in nursing Preferred
- 3 years of acute clinical nursing experience Required
- Previous experience in a formal leadership role (such as Care Team Leader Nurse Supervisor or Nurse Manager) Preferred
- Adult and Pediatric experience Preferred
- Licensed RN in the State of Wisconsin Required
- CPR certification Required
- ACLS Preferred
- PALS Preferred
