Job Description- Maintenance
Summary Objective
The maintenance person is responsible for all common area issues and guest room preventive maintenance program on a day to day basis.
Essential Functions
1. Greets and welcomes guest.
2. Complete the preventive maintenance program by the brand (3 per day)
3. Return all out of order rooms to inventory within 24 hours.
and complete all guests concerns immediately
5. Handle all guest room attendant requests.
6. Inspect and maintain all HVAC Fresh Air Elevator Pool & Dumpster areas.
7. Keep all equipment rooms clear and fire panel accessible
8. Use lock out tag kit when working on electrical equipment
9. Keep dumpster area clean at all times
10. Maintain/Keep clean/trim landscaping palm trees trash at all times
11. Perform any request from Front Office Manager Sales Manager General Manager or Regional
12. Follow all OSHA safe lifting and Haz com rules and procedures.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities and report to general manager.
Work Environment
This job operates in a hotel/ public environment. This role routinely uses standard machinery equipment such as carpet extractor power drills Ozone machines and fire extinguisher.
