TheCityofMinotisacceptingapplicationsforthepositionofProperty Assessment Specialist intheCity Assessors Department with an application deadline of Tuesday July 1st 2025.

Natureof Work

This is responsible paraprofessional work performing a variety of tasks relating to property appraisal activities of the City. The work is performed under the general direction of the City Assessor. The employee is expected to exercise considerable independent judgment and discretion in the performance of job duties. Please see attached job description for complete details.

Education and Experience

  • Graduation from high school; college or business school training preferred; and two years of experience related to assessments in tax purposes or real estate; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
