Job Description
Requirements: Must have unrestricted Colorado RN license Must have valid driver s license reliable transportation and auto insurance coverage Autonomy & flexibility to plan your day and tend to personal needs PRIMARY RN DUTIES: Primary Registered Nurse (RN) have an assigned caseload of patients and lead the interdisciplinary team caring for those patients. We provide care wherever our patients call home - private homes nursing homes group homes or assisted living facilities. In addition to having strong clinical skills they are generalists on all diseases and specialists in symptom management requiring excellence in assessment and critical thinking. Hospice Nurses are teachers helping patients identify their own personal goals of care and helping caregivers have confidence in caring for their family member. The Primary Registered Nurse (RN) has a weekday schedule offering four-five 8-hour shifts with occasional back-up for weekends and on-call.
