Key Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
- Support patients in Irwin PA and surrounding areas
- Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- Self-manage time and schedule efficiently
- Deliver quality patient care
Schedule and Shift Details
- Schedule (Including any on call/weekends): Mon-Fri 8 hour days 1 evening of on-call per week (5pm-10pm) and 1 weekend per month (Sat/Sun)
- Clinical Quality (1 years)
- 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
- ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- Nursing Experience (1 years)
- Are you okay with the required travel for this position
