Requirements
Previous psychiatric / substance inpatient experience
RN License
BLS Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect patient care in adult/adolescent psychiatric units
Float to similar or lower acuity units as required
Take charge responsibilities during shift (included in rate)
Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized care plans
Monitor and document patient progress using appropriate EMR systems
De-escalate crises using trauma-informed practices and promote a safe therapeutic milieu
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care
Adhere to infection control restraint reduction and safety protocols
