Great Basin Staffing LLC a trusted provider of skilled trades professionals across the mechanical electrical and plumbing industries is actively seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman for a commercial HVAC installation project.

Position Overview:
The Sheet Metal Foreman will be responsible for leading a team of HVAC installers on commercial job sites coordinating tasks and ensuring the quality efficiency and safety of all ductwork installation activities. Only candidates with prior foreman-level experience in commercial sheet metal duct installation will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the installation of HVAC duct systems in commercial construction projects

Lead a team of installers and manage daily job site operations

Ensure all work meets applicable mechanical codes project specifications and quality standards

Interpret and work from construction drawings and shop plans
-
Coordinate with general contractors project managers and other trades to maintain workflow and meet deadlines

Ensure job site safety compliance and promote a culture of safety

Monitor material usage and equipment needs

Provide hands-on support in duct layout cutting fitting and installation when required
Minimum Requirements:
-
3 years of experience as a Sheet Metal Foreman (commercial HVAC projects required)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings

Skilled in duct layout assembly and installation
-
Familiarity with industry safety practices and OSHA regulations

Must be willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening

Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
Schedule & Pay:

Schedule: Monday to Friday (with potential for overtime)

Pay Range: $34.00 $38.00 per hour

Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay available based on project demand
