Job Description
Physical Therapist/Inpatient Permanent Role
- Location: Rowlett TX 75088
- Shift: 10 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 05:00 AM
- Guaranteed: 50 Hours
- Compensation: Based on experience.
Patient Care & Treatment:
- Evaluate treat and monitor patient progress.
- Modify therapy programs and goals as needed to maximize outcomes.
Documentation & Billing:
- Perform timely and accurate documentation.
- Enter treatment charges correctly and understand reimbursement guidelines related to inpatient care.
Communication & Team Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with patients families medical staff and co-workers.
- Educate patients and families about therapy plans and goals.
Supervision & Leadership:
- Supervise support staff volunteers and students as appropriate.
- Share clinical knowledge to help grow peers skills.
Professional Development:
- Participate in ongoing education and use evidence-based practice.
- Adhere to system state and national regulatory standards.
- Support system goals through personal performance and alignment with organizational values.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to function well in a collaborative team environment.
Education:
- Masters Degree in Physical Therapy;
- or Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy plus 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience:

Open to candidates with less than 1 year of experience.
Certifications/Licenses:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Texas (or eligible).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire or within 30 days of starting.
