Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team for a critical project at our Holly Springs location. This role requires individuals with a strong background in CQV (Commissioning Qualification and Validation) and experience in commissioning and onboarding equipment. The project is fully on-site and involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between validation quality PMO and Capex teams to ensure project alignment and success.
- Utilize tools such as Smartsheet Tableau or Microsoft Project to manage and track project progress.
- Coordinate and integrate into escalation and matrix teams effectively managing any issues that arise.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment demonstrating a proactive and go-getter attitude.
- Ensure project milestones are met within the specified timelines and budget cycles.
- 7-10 years of experience in project management with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry and facility build-out projects.
- Proven experience in CQV activities and equipment commissioning is a plus.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
- Experience with greenfield or brownfield projects is a plus.
- Capex experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
