We re seeking a Refrigeration Solution Specialist to support customers with cold chain solutions in the container logistics industry. You ll be the friendly expert they turn to when things heat up.
What You ll Do:
- Provide top-notch support for reefer container issues
- Help diagnose basic refrigeration problems
- Coordinate service requests & follow up with clients
- Bridge the gap between tech teams and customer needs
Requirements
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems (Carrier Thermo King etc.)
- EPA Universal cert preferred
- Customer service experience problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills
