As an Administrative Assistant in our Internal Sales department you provide essential administrative support to the team. You play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a professional service experience for our customers and partners.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the right colleagues
- Processing and following up on incoming customer orders in our system
- Handling customer inquiries about orders deliveries and pricing in a clear and professional manner
- Logging and tracking customer complaints to ensure timely resolution
- Creating and updating customer and contact information in our CRM and ERP systems
- Maintaining internal reference lists that support the sales team
Qualifications :
- You have previous experience in an administrative role
- You are accurate digitally fluent and comfortable with Outlook and Teams; basic knowledge of Word Excel and PowerPoint is sufficient
- You are customer-focused communicative and a true team player
- Youre flexible discreet and proactive in your work
- Ideally you are familiar with working in an SME environment
