Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Aide to join our healthcare team in Cedarsville. In this role you will work alongside physical therapists to provide essential support in patient care and rehabilitation services.
- Apply hot and cold therapy treatments under therapist supervision
- Maintain and sanitize therapy equipment and treatment areas
- Guide patients through prescribed exercise routines (under direct supervision
- Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report progress
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient sessions
- Assist patients with mobility and transfer activities
Qualifications :
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
- Physical stamina to assist patients and handle equipment
- Proven organizational and time management abilities
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive caring attitude
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
