Job Description

Operations Support role and will be responsible for:

  • Checking and booking variety of invoices (via DocExtract where possible)
  • Upload truck liftings into the system (via BOL uploads)
  • Assist with trucks movement reconciliation
  • Assist with month end stock checks Admin filing (in Diva)
  • Assist preparing warehouse stock overviews
  • Sending original BLs to warehouses and/or collecting docs packages for LC presentation.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years experience in an admin role
  • Good understanding of shipping and incoterms is preferred
  • Experience in trading environment
  • Knowledge of the commodities industry is a plus
  • Highly skilled in Excel
  • Basic python understanding would be a plus but not a must Handling shipping documents
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Able to process large amount of work and remain precise whilst doing it
  • Strong team player Responsible attitude and takes ownership for the work done
  • Willing to think ahead and help improve the process if/where needed using the tools to perform the d2d tasks
