Filialleiter:innen bei A&F Co. tragen die umfassende Verantwortung fr alle personal produkt geschfts und betriebsbezogenen Belange einer unserer umsatzstarken Filialen. Sie sind verantwortlich fr den Aufbau eines starken Teams das exzellenten Kundenservice bietet und das Geschft effektiv vorantreibt einschlielich Rekrutierung Schulung Entwicklung und Bindung von Teilzeit- sowie Vollzeitmitarbeitenden.

Sie tragen die Verantwortung fr smtliche Filialablufe darunter Arbeitszeiteinteilung Warensicherung Organisation der Verkaufsflche und des Lagers. Unsere Fhrungskrfte entwickeln ein tiefes Verstndnis fr ihre Kundschaft und unser Produktsortiment und nutzen diese Erkenntnisse um das Geschft weiterzuentwickeln.

Unser Management-Team pflegt enge Beziehungen zu funktionsbergreifenden Partnern Teams in der Zentrale sowie Mitarbeitenden vor Ort und inspiriert eine Unternehmenskultur die von Inklusion Zusammenarbeit und Optimismus geprgt ist.

The Job

The Job A&F Co. Store Managers are uniquely responsible for all things people product business and operations related for one of our multi-million dollar store locations. They are responsible for building a strong team that delivers outstanding customer service and that can effectively drive the business -- including everything from recruiting training developing and retaining both part-time and full-time staff. They are accountable for all store operations including hours management Asset Protection salesfloor and stockroom organization. Store leaders build an intimate understanding of their customer base our product assortment and leverage those insights to drive the business forward. Our management team builds strong relationships with their cross functional partners Home Office teams and associates; inspiring a culture of inclusivity collaboration and optimism.

Qualifications :

Was Sie mitbringen sollten
 

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Filialmanagement
• Nachgewiesene Fhigkeit Geschftsergebnisse im Einzelhandel zu erzielen
• Ausgeprgtes kritisches Denkvermgen und Problemlsungskompetenz
• Fhigkeit in einem schnelllebigen und dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
• Starkes Talent in der Beurteilung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
• Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Fhrungsfhigkeiten
• Hohe Aufmerksamkeit fr Details Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit
• Eigenmotivation und die Fhigkeit Initiative zu ergreifen
• Ausgeprgte Fhigkeit Beziehungen aufzubauen und effektiv zusammenzuarbeiten
• Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Schaffung eines inklusiven kooperativen und positiven Arbeitsumfelds!

• Proven ability to drive business results in a retail environment
• Strong critical thinking & problem solving skills

• Self motivated with ability to take initiative
