Ocean Export Agent

Scope of Position

Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information while providing exceptional customer service within the Ocean Export Department.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
• Track and Trace Ocean Export Files and reporting
• Meet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations
• Understand department process flow and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Ensure all customers standard operating procedures in place and updated in the DLSOPs
• Overseas communications timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
• Escalation of problems to Management when necessary

Qualifications :

• Graduating (or graduated) with a college degree
  • All degrees are welcome!
• Strong business acumen and work ethic
• Proven leadership attitude and background
• Effective interpersonal skills - proven ability to listen comprehend and communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
• Good computer skills (Excel Word PowerPoint etc.)
• Competitive and comfortable working alone but also focused on the betterment of the organization and a good team player

Starting Pay 42000 - 52000 per year

Located onsite at 12200 E Iliff Ave Aurora CO 80014 USA
