Job Description
Pay Rate: $20.55
Responsibilities:
- Mix and handle chemicals according to formulation standards including unloading from rail cars and tankers
- Operate and maintain pour table equipment including monitoring pressure gauges adjusting parameters and changing parts as needed
- Ensure product quality by monitoring process parameters and making necessary adjustments
- Maintain accurate production records including chemical consumption equipment run times and inventory levels
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of work area and equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in chemical handling and equipment operation
- Assist with product changes and recalibration as required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for extended periods during 10-12 hour shifts
- Capable of walking long distances within the manufacturing facility
- Able to climb ladders and navigate staircases regularly
- Proficient in using hands and arms to operate equipment and controls
- Capable of lifting and manipulating heavy objects including 100 lb chemical hoses and 50 lb pails of liquids
