As the face of our hotel you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused detail-oriented and efficient in managing front desk operations.
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotels property management system
- Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints promptly and courteously
- Manage room reservations and assignments effectively
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Provide information about hotel services local attractions and transportation options in Jeddah
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks and reports as needed
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications :
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in computer systems particularly hotel management software
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly
- Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options in Jeddah
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian hospitality standards and cultural norms
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
