Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor Digital Advertising
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Relocation Package Provided
Languages: Fluent Dutch Intermediate English
Full-time 40 hours/week Rotating shifts with 2 days off per week

What Youll Be Doing:

Support SMB clients via phone email and chat to optimize their digital marketing efforts

Deliver pre- and post-sales assistance for self-service advertising tools

Guide customers in using digital platforms to improve their experience

Identify recurring issues spot trends and work with internal teams to enhance products

Provide valuable customer feedback to engineering teams to influence future updates
