The Role
Our client is scaling fast and is expanding into different European countries. As the Marketing Strategy Manager youll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy that brings the European ambitions to life. This all-round high-impact position puts you at
the heart of their growth journey. You will refine the market vision and share your passion for customer behavior which will inspire both your team and the broader organization. You thrive in a dynamic hands-on environment and take ownership of positioning innovative products in a way that truly resonates with the right audiences full adoption across Europe and driving significant revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- You will make sure they have the right approach on collecting market insights in fast developing markets;
- You will translate market insights and customer pain points into the right product vision strategy and roadmap;
- You will implement new value propositions and define marketing- communications plans for our different target groups;
- Working closely with sales operations in all countries to ensure that the brand and product are promoted across all relevant channels to maximize visibility.
Requirements:
- You have completed a masters degree;
- You have 5 years of experience with building and implementing B2B (external) marketing strategies;
- You are all-round and have a proven experience in a scale-up environment;
- This role is based in the Netherlands and a fluency in Dutch and English is required.
