Job Description
We are seeking a Mobile Cleaner to attend a number sites for one of our Social Housing partners in the Eastbourne East Sussex.
This is a full-time permanent position working 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday.
The hourly rate is 12.21
A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required but Company Vehicle is provided.
Core Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / Mobile Cleaner:
- Dust damp wipe or wash walls skirting boards hand rails ledges window sills radiators lifts doors and frames
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops
- Hoovering of carpeted areas
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles transporting waste material to designated collection points
- Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use
- Replenish consumable items e.g. soap toilet rolls paper towels
- Clean kitchens toilets urinals hand basins and sinks
What are we looking for
- Prior professional Cleaning experience
- IT literate (use of tablet smart phone apps).
- Good communication skills both verbal and written (English)
- Willing to undergo a Standard or Enhanced DBS check (We cover the cost of the DBS check)
